Film crews have been seen in Greenwich, sparking excitement about a new series being filmed in the area

Greenwich: Film crews were out and about in Greenwich South Street and High Road this week. It was quite the sight!
Riza Child snapped some cool photos of the action. You could see the crews on big cranes filming along the High Road. They even changed the sign on a community center for the shoot.
Now, no one’s officially said what they were filming, but a passerby mentioned that the crew hinted it was for the next season of Slow Horses. How exciting is that?
This series, which is produced by Apple TV+, is set to drop its fifth season later this year. They’re already filming season six in London, according to FilmLondon.org.
In the past, they’ve filmed in some iconic spots around London, like Petticoat Market, The Barbican, and Regent’s Park. It’s always fun to see familiar places on screen!
Slow Horses is based on the novels by Mick Herron and stars Gary Oldman as Jackson Lamb, the clever M15 officer. He’s such a great character!
Oldman even mentioned in an interview that they’re deep into filming season six, but we’re still waiting on a release date. Fingers crossed it’s soon!
